At NaanSense, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or buyer's remorse.

We do accept refund or reprint requests for:

• Defective or damaged products
• Incorrect items received
• Significant printing errors

If your order arrives with any of these issues, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email] with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll make it right with a reprint or full refund.

Non-refundable situations:

• Wrong size ordered (please refer to our size guides before purchasing)
• Change of mind
• Orders already in production or shipped
